James Ratkos

James Ratkos is an experienced Applications Manager at Kalitta Air since April 2013, overseeing a team of six and serving as an interim DBA and senior developer. Prior to that, James held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Technicolor from April 1998 to February 2013. Additionally, James worked as a freelance author for Random House from 1997 to 2003 and for Software Heaven / FTL Games in 1989. James earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Computer Science from Eastern Michigan University between 1984 and 1989.
