Ground Services Team

The Ground Services Team at Kalitta Air is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all ground operations related to air freight cargo transportation. This includes handling the loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing customer service for freight clients, conducting training and maintaining standards, processing claims, and overseeing deicing operations. They ensure the safe, efficient, and timely movement of cargo at the base in Ypsilanti, MI (KYIP).
