Neil Blair

Neil Blair has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within the manufacturing and quality management field. Their most recent position was as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Kalium Health, where they utilized their expertise to oversee manufacturing processes and ensure product quality. Prior to that, they worked as a Group Quality Manager at PCML Group and as a Quality Manager at Alchemie Technology Ltd, where they were responsible for implementing quality processes and managing the digital quality management system. Neil also has experience as a Senior Engineer at Cambridge Display Technology Ltd, where they mentored a team and resolved production issues with devices. At Vantix Ltd, they served as an Operations Manager, optimizing production processes and developing innovative sensor systems. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Alphasense Ltd, DxTech, Universal Sensors Ltd, and Cambridge Sensors Ltd, where they contributed to research and development, oversaw production, and improved manufacturing processes. Neil has a strong background in quality management, manufacturing optimization, and team leadership.

Neil Blair completed their education in a chronological order. Neil first attended the University of Warwick from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Chemistry & Computer Based Technology. Neil then pursued further education at the University of Southampton from 1989 to 1994, where they earned a Ph.D. in Electrochemistry.
