Blake Danner

Blake Danner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2009, they worked as a House Pastor at Project Transformation and later became a Ministry Assistant at the Louisiana Tech Wesley Foundation & SMU Wesley Foundation from 2011 to 2013. From 2008 to 2015, Blake served as a Night Manager/Proctor at the Altshuler Learning Enhancement Center. In 2013, they joined the SMU Office of Conference Services as a Conference Assistant until 2015. Blake then worked as a Chaplain at the Methodist Health System for a brief period in 2016. From 2015 to 2019, Blake held the position of Minister of Congregational Care & Director of Audio/Visual and Technical Media at the University Park United Methodist Church. In 2019, they became a Content Editor at Kalkomey Enterprises, LLC. Currently, Blake is employed as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate at Lifeologie Counseling, starting in June 2021.

Blake Danner has a diverse education history. In 2018, they enrolled at Amberton University where they pursued their Master of Arts in Professional Counseling degree. Blake completed their studies in 2021. Previously, from 2012 to 2016, they attended Perkins School of Theology at SMU, earning a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree. In 2007, Danner began their undergraduate studies at Southern Methodist University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in 2011. Their fields of study during their undergraduate years included Psychology and Religious Studies. In 2010, Danner also participated in a study abroad program at DIS.
