Deborah Fagan

Deborah Fagan is currently the Senior Customer Experience Manager at Kalkomey Enterprises, LLC. Prior to this role, Deborah worked as a Customer Service Supervisor at World Ventures and as an Office Manager at Walnut Street Clinic. With a background in managing offices and customer service teams, Deborah is experienced in creating and implementing training modules, managing KPIs, and ensuring best in class service for customers. Deborah also has experience in billing, collections, and credentialing within medical practices and healthcare organizations. Deborah is currently pursuing education at Collin College.
