Dr. Stefanie Stalberg has extensive experience in product development and research within the food casing industry, having worked at Kalle since 2000. Currently serving as a Product Developer for Sustainable Proteins and R&D Lab Manager, Dr. Stalberg has contributed to projects such as "New Food Systems - Sustainable Protein Ingredients" and has focused on rheological investigations and application developments. Previous roles include significant contributions to the development of collagen and plastic food casings, emphasizing process enhancement through Six Sigma methodologies and custom product development. Dr. Stalberg also has a background in academic settings, having supervised and taught students in macromolecular chemistry at Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf. Dr. Stalberg holds a Diploma and PhD in chemistry from the University of Düsseldorf.
