Justyna Kloc

Justyna Kloc is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service and support roles, particularly in HR and payroll systems. Currently serving as a Senior Service Consultant at Kallidus since October 2021, Justyna has played a significant role in product development and the delivery of complex implementation projects, including the development of the Absence Management module. Prior to this, Justyna held various positions at Zellis and NGA Human Resources, where expertise was demonstrated in incident resolution, customer support, and process improvement. Justyna has also contributed to learning management systems and employee services within MiHomecare and Mitie, showcasing a strong commitment to customer service and operational efficiency. Justyna holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Master's in Geography of Tourism and Hotel Business from the University of Lodz.
