Tony Banks

Tony Banks is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at Kallidus since April 2024. Previously, Tony held the position of Head of Product at The Access Group, where the focus was on developing innovative HR products to enhance talent management. Prior roles include Vice President of Product Strategy at CORE COMPUTER CONSULTANTS LIMITED, where Tony led the strategic development of the CoreHR XD platform, and various leadership positions at Oracle, including Strategic Engagement Director and Director of Primavera PPM Product Strategy. Tony's extensive background also features roles in customer support and technical support, with a foundational education in Computer Science from the University of Leeds.
