Nicolas Rousselet

Nicolas Rousselet is the founder and managing partner of Kallion, a role they have held since 2022, and they are a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. They previously served as Head of Operational Excellence - Permanent Improvement Programmes at Eurofins from 2017 to 2019, and held multiple leadership roles within the Eurofins Group, including Head of Group Structure Management, Global Head of Group Structure and Processes Transformation and Digitalisation, and Operational Excellence Leader in the Internal Consulting department. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Consultant - Operations at Accenture from 2011 to 2014, and as an Internal Consultant at Eurofins Group from 2014 to 2015. Their education includes a Diplôme d'Ingénieur from Ecole Centrale Paris (2011), a Master in Management from ESCP Europe (2011), and a Bachelor from HEC Montréal (2010), along with preparation classes for French Grandes Ecoles (2005–2007) and high school at Lycée Berthelot (2002–2005).
