Joan Williams

Joan Williams serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Director at Kallman Worldwide, Inc. since December 1997, bringing extensive leadership experience to the organization. Prior to this role, Joan held the position of 53rd ASG Chief of Business Operations in the U.S. Army Europe from 1983 to 1998, focusing on non-appropriated fund business operations in Germany. Joan's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in German, International Relations, and Education from Texas State University, as well as a Master's degree in German from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, supplemented by earlier study at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.
