Tuukka Keskinen

Tuukka Keskinen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resource development and management, currently serving as the Manager of HR Development at Kalmar since October 2019. In this role, starting in May 2025, Tuukka will report directly to the Head of HR and oversee the full HRD scope. Previous roles at Kalmar include HRBP for the IMEA market area, driving strategic workforce planning, and an HRD Consultant focused on learning and development, where Tuukka contributed to a 6.1% increase in satisfaction since 2019. Prior experience includes a Corporate Leadership and Talent Development Trainee position at Cargotec and various positions in the insurance and postal sectors. Tuukka holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Vaasa, along with an Erasmus exchange in Business Administration from the University of Tübingen.
