Cole Fontana

Cole Fontana is a construction laborer at Consigli Construction Co., Inc. since June 2022, bringing valuable experience from various roles in different industries. Prior experience includes an internship with Worcester Railers HC from March 2018 to June 2020 and a recruiting internship at Nichols College in early 2019, where talent assessment and recruiting strategies were developed. Cole has also worked as an ambassador at The Edge at Union Station Worcester, a delivery driver at Charlton House of Pizza, and a custodian at Grafton Public School, where responsibilities included cleaning and minor maintenance. Additionally, an orientation leader role at Nichols College involved assisting new students with their transition to campus life. Cole obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sport Management from Nichols College in 2020, following a high school diploma from Grafton High School in 2016.
