Eric Lapp

Eric Lapp has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Eric started their career as a Hydrogeologist & Hazardous Sites Specialist at the State of Vermont in 1987. Eric later joined Omya in 1989 as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist and eventually became the Quality Systems Manager. In 2010, Eric joined Rutland Regional Medical Center as a Systems Analyst / Team Leader and worked there until 2013. Eric then transitioned to Earth Waste & Metal as a Technical Service Manager for a short period. Currently, they are working at Kalow Technologies as a Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager, a position they have held since 2014.

Eric Lapp earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geology - Environmental Science from Colby College in 1982. Eric then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Vermont from 1983 to 1986. Additionally, Eric has acquired several certifications in various fields such as Toyota Kata, Management by Fact, Desktop Support Manager, Green Belt (provisional), ITIL Foundation v.3, Integrated Internal Systems Auditing ISO 9001 14001 18001, KCS Knowledge-Centered Support Principles, and Support Center Team Lead.
