Pradeep Nair has over 20 years of work experience in various companies and roles. Pradeep is currently the Head of Customer Engagement at Kalpataru Limited since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager - Customer Centricity Lead at Godrej Properties Limited from September 2019 to October 2022. Before their role at Godrej, they served as an Associate General Manager at Lodha Group from March 2013 to September 2019. Pradeep also has experience at J.P. Morgan, where they worked as a Team Manager in Inbound Servicing from July 2004 to March 2013. Pradeep'searly career included a role as a Sales Certifier in Outbound Sales at Silgate Solutions Ltd from July 2002 to June 2004.
Pradeep Nair began their education in 1996 at Manav Mandir High School, where they completed their Secondary education in 1997. Following this, they attended Lala Lajpatrai College of Commerce And Economics from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained their Higher Secondary (Class XII) certificate. Continuing their education at the same institution, Pradeep completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce, General from 1999 to 2002.
