Ingrid Leboucher

Ingrid Leboucher currently holds the position of Directrice des ressources humaines at Kalray since March 2022. Prior to this role, Ingrid served as Responsable ressources humaines at Framatome from September 2021 to March 2022, and at McPhy from August 2018 to February 2021, overseeing human resources for the group. Ingrid's experience also includes a significant tenure at Sogeti as Responsable Ressources Humaines from November 2011 to August 2018, and previous roles at CIRRA MONECAM, PHOENIX INTERACTIVE, Ubisoft, and NXP Semiconductors, where Ingrid began as Adjointe au Responsable Ressources Humaines. Ingrid earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources from SKEMA Business School, completing the program in 2005.
