Akhil Bajaj

Akhil Bajaj currently works as a Senior Product Manager - Food Protection at Kalsec Inc. Previously, Akhil held roles such as Application and Development Scientist at Cannabistry, where Akhil was involved in managing several beverage development and flavor development projects. With a Master's of Science degree in Food Safety and Technology from Illinois Institute of Technology, Akhil has a strong background in product development, research, concept development, and has demonstrated expertise in developing various oral delivery systems. Akhil's experience also includes working as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at the FDA, where Akhil developed protocols for fabrication of nano-sized inorganic filler elements into polymers to produce packaging materials with superior properties. Additionally, Akhil has interned as a Quality Assurance Intern at DS Group, where Akhil performed physical and chemical tests to check the quality parameters of various spices.
