Peter Vanalstyne

Peter VanAlstyne is an experienced R&D Scientist currently at Florida Food Products, Inc. since August 2017, specializing in natural antioxidants in food systems. Peter has an extensive background, having held positions as a Scientist at Kalsec since January 2001 and as a Scientist in a self-employed capacity from February 2017 to the present. Previously, Peter worked as a Research Associate at Iowa State University from January 2000 to January 2001, managing a nutrition research lab. Peter's career began in the United States Navy, where work as a Hospital Corpsman spanned from December 1986 to September 1991, focusing on military medicine. Peter earned a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition from Iowa State University between 1992 and 2000.
