Uwe Nienaber

Uwe Nienaber is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in food chemistry and analytical methods. Currently serving as the Lead Scientist at Kalsec Inc., Uwe focuses on introducing new technologies and supporting international expansion projects within the QC Department. Previous roles include Senior Scientist at DSM, where Uwe optimized purification technologies for omega-3 oils, and Analytical Chemist at The Ohio State University, developing methods for quantifying metabolites in clinical trials. Uwe's career also includes significant leadership positions at Kraft Foods Group, where responsibilities spanned managing teams and developing analytical methods to enhance product development and process improvements. Uwe holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Food Chemistry from the University of Münster.
