Stephan Toxopeüs is the current Managing Director & CEO at Kaltenbach Gmbh + Co. Kg. Stephan has a long and successful history in leadership roles at various companies. Stephan was previously the Directie lid en CFO Van Spijker Infrabouw B.V., where they were responsible for improving the company, realizing planned growth, and finding a strong partner for the future. Before that, Stephan was the Advisor of the Supervisory Board and interim Managing Director at Drenth Holland B.V., where they developed the new Business Strategy and supported the translation into goals and actions.

Stephan Toxopeüs has a Master of Science in Technical Business Administration / Mechanical Engineering from the University of Twente, and also studied Organizational Leadership at the Ondernemers Academie.
