Clint Nolen

Clint Nolen is the Managing Partner & Co-Founder of Kalterra Capital Partners, a private real estate company specializing in ground up development of high-end single family, multifamily, garden office and raw land/communities. Clint is also the Managing Partner & Co-Founder of Kalterra Construction, a private commercial construction company. Prior to these roles, Clint was a Partner & Co-Founder at Nolen Homes & Interiors, Director of Business Development at Hunt Energy Horizons, L.L.C., Manager of Product Development at Excentus, Director of Business Technology at Arinso International, and a Sr. Consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Clint holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from SMU Cox School of Business and a BS from Texas A&M University - Dwight Look College of Engineering.
