Dean Lontos

Dean Lontos, the founder and managing partner of Bay Mountain Capital since January 2006, is also the co-founder and partner of Kalterra Capital Partners, a ground-up developer of Class A multifamily and mixed-use properties in Texas. Prior to these roles, Dean served as the co-founder and chief investment officer of TriVest Residential LLC from 2000 to 2005, focusing on redevelopment of middle market multifamily properties. In addition, Dean was the senior vice president at McNeil Real Estate from October 1986 to January 2000, overseeing portfolio management, finance, and transaction activities. Dean earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Real Estate from The University of Texas at Austin in 1984.
