Lital Elkayam

Lital Elkayam has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lital currently holds the position of SVP HR at Kaltura since February 2022, where they collaborate with executives to build and manage the people and culture within different units. Prior to this, they worked as VP, HR Business Partner at Kaltura from December 2019 to February 2022. Lital also served as Director HRBP at Kaltura from September 2017 to December 2019, where their responsibilities included strategic planning, managerial development, organizational consulting, and career development. Before joining Kaltura, Lital worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kaltura from September 2014 to August 2017, where they were responsible for hiring various software and engineering positions. Additionally, Lital held positions at other companies such as Ximus and SQLink Group-Gotfriends, where they gained experience in recruitment, team management, and account management. Lital started their career as a Recruitment Coordinator at Nisha Group.

Lital Elkayam completed a Master's degree in Consulting and Organizational Development at the College of Managment from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, they studied Behavioral Sciences and Human Resource Management at the same institution.
