Ronen Neumark

Ronen Neumark has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ronen began their career in 2000 as a Fighting Aircraft Technician in the Israeli Air Force. After three years, they transitioned to the telecom industry and joined HOT as a Technical Manager in 2007. Here, they managed the broadcast center and implemented complex systems. In 2011, they were promoted to the role of Broadcast Head End Manager, where they oversaw operations for multiple groups and implemented broadcasting and video compression systems.

In 2015, Ronen joined Kaltura, starting as a Media and Telecom Tech Lead. Ronen then progressed to become a Technical Regional Manager for the Americas, overseeing project implementation and providing guidance to integration teams. In 2017, they took on the role of Senior Solution Architect, where they identified requirements, developed technical specifications, and managed internal functions.

In 2019, Ronen was promoted to Director of Solutions Architecture at Kaltura, where they cultivated strategic business partnerships and provided customized solutions for new markets and customers. Their key achievements in this role include designing an end-to-end solution for the first payTV operator in North America, enriching the company product to comply with US market regulations, and streamlining departmental pricing processes.

Most recently, Ronen has been serving as the Senior Director of Solutions Architecture at Kaltura. In this role, they lead strategic tier 1 solutions architecture, analyzes customer business strategies, characterizes system architecture, and is globally responsible for solutions excellence and standards.
