Sharon Della is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client services, sales, and account management. Currently serving as a Regional Account Executive at Kaltura since April 2018, Sharon focuses on building relationships with customers and aligning Kaltura's video platform solutions to meet their business needs. Previously, as the Director of Client Service at Cengage Learning EMEA from 2010 to 2016, Sharon managed teams responsible for strategic objectives and customer success in the Campus Pack product line. Earlier roles include Client Manager at Blackboard, where Sharon handled renewal management and client retention for over 200 clients, and Sales/Marketing Coordinator at The Chronicle of Higher Education, focusing on business development in academic markets. Sharon began her career as the Assistant Director of Housing at Stony Brook University, overseeing a staff and engaging with students through various programs. Educationally, Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master's in Liberal Studies from Stony Brook University.
