Lars Bang

Lars Bang is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources, leadership development, and organizational management. Currently serving as HR Senior Development Partner and Head of Human Resources at Kalundborg Refinery since March 2022, Lars has previously held roles as HR Business Partner at Air Liquide Danmark A/S, where support was provided to managers in Denmark and Norway, and at Profiloptik by Synsam, focusing on employee engagement. With a long tenure at Statoil from 2000 to 2016, Lars contributed as Tactical Purchaser, HR Project Leader, and HR Business Partner, among other titles, emphasizing Lean training and organizational program development.
