Anna Fraser is an experienced User Researcher with a progressive career spanning several roles in user research and marketing. Anna currently serves as an Associate Principal User Researcher at Kaluza since March 2021, having previously held positions including Senior User Researcher. Prior experience includes roles at Social Finance and the UK Home Office, where Anna contributed to user research initiatives. Anna's career began in marketing roles at organizations such as Yes to Life, Croud, Picfair, and Comic Relief, where various marketing and insights responsibilities were undertaken. Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and French from The University of Sheffield and a Master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction Design from City, St George's, University of London. Additional qualifications were obtained from General Assembly.
