Beau Rudder

Beau Rudder is a highly experienced technical professional with a robust background in engineering and software development, currently serving as a Senior Engineer II (Technical Lead) at Kaluza since January 2022. At Kaluza, Beau specializes in Kubernetes, focusing on internal tooling, data observability, and custom integrations, while managing CI/CD pipelines and GCP FinOps. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Lloyds Banking Group, where Beau led a team of DevOps engineers and managed significant budgets, and positions at SolarWinds and TELUS, emphasizing cloud technologies and microservices. Beau began their career as a Developer at RosterBot and has accumulated extensive knowledge through various roles in diverse environments, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Griffith University and additional certifications in Oracle SOA.
