Luca Pau

Luca Pau has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software development. Luca is currently working at Kaluza as a Principal Engineer, leading a squad of engineers in the development of a b2b product for power supply retailers. Prior to this, Luca was a Full Stack Technical Lead at Beamery, where they played a key role in the introduction of new technologies and the management of technical debt. Luca also served as a Technical Lead Developer at Elephant Healthcare and giffgaff, where they introduced new technologies, mentored team members, and implemented technology growth strategies. Luca has also worked as a Senior Frontend Developer at Madisoft, where they led a complete rewrite of an application for the public administration. Additionally, they have worked as a Professor and a Software Engineer at ESIS S.r.l. and Glemgas S.p.a., respectively.

Luca Pau studied Computer Science at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. In 2014, they also attended MongoDB University, where they completed a course called "M101JS: MongoDB for Node.js Developers." Additionally, they took a course at MongoDB University focused on MongoDB for DBAs, called "M102."
