Brian Krex

Brian Krex serves as the General Counsel for KalVista Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since September 2023 and is a member of the Board of Trustees for the American Kidney Fund since March 2021. Prior to his current role, Brian held the position of General Counsel at Clover Biopharmaceuticals from February 2021 to September 2023, at AGTC from March 2019 to September 2020, and at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from April 2015 to March 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing global commercial and regulatory law. Previously, Brian served as Assistant General Counsel at Pfizer from April 2006 to April 2015, focusing on North America for the Global Innovative Pharmaceutical Business, and began Brian's legal career as a Senior Associate at Moses & Singer LLP specializing in HIPAA and regulatory law.
