Moran Yaakov

Moran Yaakov is a Human Resources Specialist at KAMADA since August 2023, responsible for managing core HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and retention, while providing guidance to mid-level managers on HR practices. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at SciVac Limited from October 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities encompassed the entire recruitment process and establishing recruitment sources. Previous roles include Recruitment Specialist at ManpowerGroup from August 2019 to September 2021, and participation as an IMPACT! Graduate at the IMPACT! Alumni Association - FIDF from October 2015 to October 2018. Moran holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo and is currently pursuing an M.A. in Organizational Development & Consultancy at Peres Academic Center.
