Klarisa Rosas is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in recruitment and management across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Brothers International Desserts, Klarisa previously held roles such as Recruiter/Human Resource Business Partner at Windsor Fashions, where responsibilities included recruiting warehouse talent and conducting onboarding sessions. Klarisa's prior experience includes corporate recruiting at Tillys and managing store operations at ANN INC, with a focus on developing teams and driving operational success. Klarisa has also served in management roles at Hot Topic Inc, Seafolly P/L, Everything But Water, Wet Seal, Forever 21, and ALDO Group, showcasing a strong foundation in both talent operations and retail management.
