Rachel Shuker

Rachel Shuker has extensive experience in human resources and compensation & benefits. Rachel worked as the Compensation & Benefits Director at Kamada, where they were responsible for implementing compensation programs and policies. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Human Resources at Teva Pharmaceuticals and as a Human Resources Coordinator at the Israel Association of Electronics & Software Industries.

Rachel Shuker completed a degree in Advanced Human Resources Management at the Israel Management Center (IMC) from 2007 to 2008. Rachel also obtained a degree in Senior Salary & Payment Accountant from Ono Academic College between 2004 and 2005. Additionally, they studied Working Relations and Human Resources at Tel Aviv University from 1988 to 1989.
