Brian Perry

Brian Perry is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and value stream management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Kaman Corporation since September 2022, Brian previously held various managerial roles at Parker Hannifin from April 2013 to November 2022, including Division Operations Manager and Plant Manager. Prior experience also includes leadership positions at Cooper Industries Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed management of a Value Stream and oversight of operational teams. Brian's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from Lake Erie College.
