Boris Kocot

Boris Kocot is an experienced professional in corporate development and strategy, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development at Kambi from August 2022 to December 2023. In this role, Boris acts as a strategy partner to executive and divisional leadership. Previously, Boris was a Senior Associate at Kambi, where contributions included shaping the acquisition of Shape Games, incubating Tzeract for AI pricing and trading, and launching Kambi Engage, a B2B marketplace. Prior to Kambi, Boris held roles at AIP Seed from December 2019 to July 2022, including Principal and Associate, focusing on seed funding rounds and launching AIP Seed 2.0. Boris began a career as an Equity Research Analyst at Goldman Sachs between June 2015 and June 2016. Academic credentials include a BSc in Economics and Finance with Industrial Experience from the University of Exeter and a High School diploma from III Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Marynarki Wojennej RP in Gdynia.
