David Carter

David Carter serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Kambi Group Plc since January 2022, contributing to the executive management team in defining and executing corporate strategy for a leading sports betting technology provider. Previously, David held the role of Director at Lucid Counsel Ltd, offering legal and commercial consultancy services across technology, gaming, and media sectors. As General Counsel at Gamesys from June 2012 to December 2020, David was a key executive responsible for strategic decisions and legal advice concerning corporate mergers and acquisitions, regulatory matters, and risk management. David has also served as Head of Legal at Endemol Sport and built a solid foundation in media and technology law as a Senior Associate at Olswang. Educational achievements include an LPC and LLB from the University of Exeter.
