Chrissie Lane is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Manager of HR Business Partners and previously as a Human Resources Consultant at Kamehameha Schools since January 2022, Chrissie has a strong background in HR management. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Business Partner at American Savings Bank and as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Saks Fifth Avenue, where coaching and resolving employee-related disputes were key responsibilities. Chrissie's career also encompasses significant roles at Starbucks, including District Manager, where management of over 120 employees and driving annual revenue of approximately $120 million were notable achievements. Further contributions to Starbucks included introducing food programs across hundreds of retail stores and acting as a brand ambassador for Seattle's Best Coffee.
