Richard Chang

Richard Chang is currently the Senior Asset Manager at Kamehameha Schools. Richard previously held the title of General Manager at Windward Mall, a regional shopping center with over 515,000 GLA and more than 110 stores. Prior to that, Richard worked as a Sr. Real Estate Manager at CBRE, managing a portfolio of retail properties in Hawaii. Richard also has experience as a Sr. Property Accountant at General Growth Properties and as a Business Manager at New Times Los Angeles - New Times Media. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
