Stephanie Shiroma

Stephanie Shiroma, SHRM-CP, SHRM-IWC, is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Kamehameha Schools since September 2022. With a rich background in recruitment, Stephanie previously held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at the Educational Media Foundation, where responsibilities included managing recruitment and retention projects alongside directing diversity, equity, and belonging initiatives. Prior to that, Stephanie served as a Senior Recruiter for the same organization, contributing to its mission as the largest non-profit Christian radio network in the nation. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Technical Recruiter at Comsys and The Avery Group, where recruitment was conducted in the pre-digital era. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
