Justin Früh has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Justin started their career at Saint-Gobain as a Business Development Manager from an unknown start date to 2012. Justin then took a sabbatical and explored different opportunities as a freelancer from August 2012 to February 2013. During this time, they attempted to import Russian crops to Africa and also worked as a salesman in a London shop.

From 2013 to 2016, Justin worked at CIAT as the EMEA Operational Marketing Manager for sustainable systems. Justin developed new offers and customer approaches, managed projects, and handled commissioning and delivery of HVAC systems for various buildings. Justin also contributed to marketing and sales materials development.

In 2016, Justin had a brief stint as a Marketing Campaign Manager at TrackAd™. Justin then joined Vaniday (Rocket Internet) as the Head of Marketing and PR for Vaniday Russia. Justin developed and monitored strategies for fast growth, established partnerships, and handled PR activities. However, the Russian entity was shut down in June 2016 due to a decision by the headquarters.

Justin joined Kameleoon in 2016 and held multiple roles within the company. Justin started as a Senior Consultant, where they analyzed client websites and provided roadmaps for AB tests. Justin then became the Head of Consulting and Production for Kameleoon Russia, where they ensured optimal deployment and usage of professional services and led a consulting team. After that, they took on the role of Country Manager for Russia-CIS, where they implemented effective strategies, recruited and trained new staff, and collaborated with various teams for successful operations. Currently, they serve as the Head of Competitive Intelligence, where they develop industry knowledge, provides insights for product roadmap decisions, and delivers comprehensive competitor intelligence to top management.

Justin Früh completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2005 to 2008, they attended Lycée le Corbusier, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Fluid, Energy and Environment. Justin then continued their education at Lycée Arago from 2008 to 2010, earning a BTS in Fluids Energy and Environment, specializing in Engineering for Building and Energy. Finally, from 2011 to 2012, Justin attended Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing of Industrial Products and Services.

In addition to their formal education, Justin Früh has also obtained several certifications. In May 2010, they obtained the Habilitation électrique B0,B1,B2 et BR certification. In April 2007, they received the AFPS (premiers secours) certification and the BAFA (animateur de colonies de vacances) certification. More recently, in July 2020, Justin obtained Kameleoon's AB Testing certification. Justin also obtained two certifications from Crayon: Certified Activator of Competitive Intelligence in December 2022 and Certified Architect of Competitive Intelligence in January 2023.
