Sandrine Dos Santos started their work experience in 2011 as an Area Manager at Ajilon Events. In 2011, they also worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Orange until 2013. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Financeit, first as a Bilingual Customer Success Specialist, then as a Bilingual Account Manager, and finally as a Client Success Manager - Enterprise. Since 2018, Sandrine has been working at Kameleoon. Sandrine started as a Customer Success Manager and then became a Senior Customer Success Manager. Currently, they hold the role of Team Lead Customer Success.
Sandrine Dos Santos earned a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from ISTEC - Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et de Marketing. In addition, they obtained certifications in Kameleoon Personalization Product and Kameleoon AB Testing Product from Kameleoon in June 2021 and April 2021 respectively.
