Roseanne DiNoto has over twenty years of work experience. Roseanne began their career in 1997 as a Store Manager / Asst. Manager at Hammett's Learning World. In 2000, they took on a role as a Spanish Teacher at Our Mother of Good Counsel. In 2004, they became an International Accounts Manager at Johnson-Rose Corp. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as an Inside Sales Representative at BHS Foodservice Solutions. In 2015, they began working as an Education Assistant at Nova Classical Academy, as well as a Goal Keeper Coach at Woodbury High School. In 2017, they were a Long Term Substitute Teacher and Student Teacher at Harding High School. In 2018, they were a Ski Snowboard Instructor at Brighton Ski Resort and a Social Studies Teacher at Canyons School District. In 2019, they were a Camp Director at Brighton Ski Resort, a Toutor at Toutoring House, and a Summer Camp Counselor at YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities. In 2012, they were hired as a Windows Phone Apps Marketing Manager at Microsoft. In 2013, they became a Marketing Campaign Manager EMEA at Xbox EMEA. In 2014, they transitioned to Spark New Zealand as a Snr Mobile Product Manager. In 2016, they took on the role of Product Manager Adobe at Ingram Micro. In 2019, they joined Xero as a Global Product Marketing Manager. In 2022, they were hired as a VP Product Marketing at Flowingly and a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Kami.

Nick Wei has 8 years of work experience in the IT field. Nick began their career in 2012 as an IT Support Engineer at KVB, where they were responsible for managing 5 racks of Windows servers in the office and data center, providing backup and restore, procurement management, project management, and supporting various Finance/Trading platforms. In 2014, Nick joined Yellow New Zealand as a DevSecOps Engineer and DevOps Engineer. In this role, they automated builds and deployments (Bamboo, Code pipeline), migrated workloads to AWS (ECS, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway), monitored and troubleshot (Cloudwatch, Sumologic etc.), containerized (Docker), implemented infrastructure as code (Cloudformation), and configured management (Slatstack, Ansible). Nick also explored and reviewed new services (Alexa, SageMaker, Comprehend etc.). Currently, Nick is a Senior DevOps Engineer at Kami.

Marcus Stein has held several roles in the education sector since 2008. Marcus began their career as an English Teacher at Carencro Middle School, where they promoted effective student learning through discipline and class management plans. In 2010, they moved to Lake Forrest Charter Elementary, where they instructed using data disaggregation as a means of implementing targeted lessons and action plans. In 2012, Marcus joined AXI Education Solutions as a Teaching & Learning Consultant, where they applied knowledge of Promethean technologies and Common Core Institute regarding CCSS to planning and conducting custom Professional Development sessions. In 2017, they joined AXI Education Solutions as a Teaching and Learning Consultant and later as the Director of Professional Development. Currently, they are employed at Kami as a Southeast Account Executive and Key Account Manager.

Maxine Kalnitz has held various roles in sales and business development over the past 20 years. Maxine began their career in 1980 as the Vice President/Owner of Smoker's Haven of Southtown. In 2002, they became a Sales Representative/Key Accounts Manager for Frank Schaffer Publications, where they serviced over 200 accounts and achieved the 2nd highest results among 16 sales representatives for their year-end goal. From 2005 to 2008, they were an Independent Sales Representative/Key Accounts Manager for Cameron Marketing Services, servicing over 400 accounts across Eastern Canada and the US. Maxine then moved to Azerty, Inc. as a Sales Representative for New York State. From 2014 to 2016, they held roles at Sally Ride Science, Accenta Display Corp., and Lightspeed Technologies Inc. as a Sales Representative, Northeast Sales Rep, and Business Development Representative, respectively. Finally, since 2017, they have been the VP of Sales and Account Executive at Kami.

Kewei Jiang has worked in various roles since 2011. In 2011, they were a Marketing Assistant at Reliance Wines Limited. In 2014, they were an Intern at The Web Company, a web agency that focuses on WordPress development. Kewei then worked as a Software Engineer at Azurix Pty Ltd, where they created a distributed NMS from scratch. Following this, they worked as a Software Engineer at AssetFinda, where they worked with a team of experienced .NET developers on a GIS based Asset Management System. In 2015, they were a Full Stack Engineer at Cru, utilising modern frameworks and techniques to build tools which help Cru missionaries. Kewei then worked as a Full Stack Engineer at Comprehensive Care, where they built tools to improve the way New Zealand medical practices receive funding. In 2018, they worked as a Full Stack Engineer at 1Centre Limited, where they architected and engineered mission-critical features. Finally, in 2019, they worked as an Interview Engineer at Karat, interviewing over 300 talented software engineers for the companies like Pinterest and Palantir. Currently, they are a Full Stack Engineer at Kami.

In 2014, they were a Summer Scholar at the University of Otago, where they undertook a research project on the topic of mechanism to maintain polymorphism by maternal selection. In 2015, they were an Entrepreneur at Kaicar, an online P2P platform, where they increased the company's sales by 30% through Facebook Ads. In 2016, they were the Business Development and Operations Manager at Homebee Sdn. Bhd., where they managed the Penang city P&L. In 2018, they were a Sales Specialist at Geniebook, an online learning education platform. In 2019, they were a Digital Marketing Specialist at Alpaca E-commerce. Joan Stangl has worked in the marketing and events industry since 1996. Joan began their career as Exhibits and Advertising Manager at Avantor Performance Materials B.V. (formerly Mallinckrodt Baker). In 2001, they moved to Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. as Marketing Communications Manager. In 2018, they took a role as Global Event Manager at Conduent, where they managed all components of assigned industry tradeshows within budgets and continually increased leads. In 2019, they moved to Greene, Tweed as Events Specialist, executing existing 2019 global tradeshow plan and implementing a lead gathering app for phones. Currently, they work as Event Marketing Lead at Kami, a digital learning platform, where they provide tools to support any learning style, drive engagement, and improve learning outcomes for all.

Jessica began their career as a Commercial Model for Bintang Models, then moved to Advertising and Promotions Manager for Cook Brothers Bars in 2015. In 2016, they became an Event Marketing Coordinator for Fairfax Media, and in 2017 they became a Marketing Assistant for Hawthorne Group, an Internal Communications Advisor for NZME., and an Event Team Officer for XVenture (Global). In 2018, they took on the role of Childrens Entertainer for An Enchanted Party. In 2019, they became a Promotions Team Member for Diamond Entertainment NZ, and in 2020, they became a Marketing Communications Specialist for MercyAscot Private Hospitals. Her current role is Brand Content Manager and Brand Content Executive for Kami, which they have held since 2022.

Jason Shakoor, CA has extensive experience in the accounting and finance field. Jason began their career in 2013 as a CATI Operator for Gravitas Research. In 2015, they became a Workshop Facilitator for SavY while attending the University of Auckland. In 2016, they joined William Buck New Zealand as an Auditor, and was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2020. Jason is currently employed as a Financial Accountant at Kami since 2023.

Hubert Zaloom has over 13 years of experience in sales and account management. From 2022 to present, they have served as a Key Account Manager for Kami. From 2016 to 2022, they were a Customer Success Manager for Texthelp where they created a solution to manage and track pilots for all products in North America and consistently exceeded sales targets for existing and new customers. From 2010 to 2016, they were a Senior Territory Manager for Central US & Canada and a Canada Territory Manager for UpToDate. During this time, they grew and maintained the existing customer base while improving customer sentiment, increased NRR for strategic accounts by 5%, and reduced customer on-boarding time from an average 2 weeks to just 48 hours. From 2009 to 2010, they were a North America Territory Manager and North America Business Development Manager for AVG where they increased channel sales by 75%, exceeded targets, prospected and developed new resellers, grew revenues in their territory 10+% in less than 1 year, and identified resellers by proactively following up on marketing campaigns. From 2007 to 2009, they were an Account Manager for Acronis where they qualified, managed, and assigned leads to partners to achieve sales goals, qualified and closed leads that came from a variety of sources, and drove revenue by both tracking sales and collaborating with channel partners to close orders.

Hubert Fu has been in the software engineering industry since 2006. Their most recent experience is with Kami, where they have been a Senior Software Engineer since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Pushpay from 2018-2022, Safer Sleep LLC from 2017-2018, and Payment Express from 2015-2017. From 2011-2015, they were a Sr. Developer at Hewlett-Packard, where they communicated with worldwide customers to analyze business requirements and create appropriate detailed specifications, designed DRRE (Distributed Record and Replay Engine), and developed RRE as a browser extension with JavaScript, JQuery, and Ajax. Hubert was a Software Engineer at Aspen Technology from 2007-2011, where they lead the team to develop UI with MVVM by WPF, redesigned RTG (Recipe Text Generation Module) using design patterns and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design concepts, and improved the performance of Recipe Generation significantly. Hubert Fu's first experience was as a Software Engineer at Augmentum from 2006-2007.

In 2013, they took on the role of Events Coordinator at Sovereign Insurance. From 2014 to 2017, they held various roles at Drum, including Senior Account Manager (UK), Senior Account Manager - Events & Content (NZ), and Event Manager (NZ). Felipe Müller has been working in the tech industry since 2012. Felipe started at Timing Engenharia as a Front-end Software Developer, then moved to Hoplon as a QA Tester. In 2014, they joined Agattp as a Game Developer, working on a 2D MMO game for children. In 2015, they moved to Fisiogames as a Game Developer, working on a serious game about eating habits for Android and Web. Since 2019, they have been working at Kami as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, where they have been using AngularJS, React, Vue. js, Ruby on Rails, CircleCI, Chrome extensions, and Google APIs.

David Russell has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and engineering industry. David began their career in 1984 as an Engineer at Fisher & Paykel Appliances. After five years, they moved to AMD where they worked as a Financial Analyst. In 1993, they joined Cisco Systems and held various roles, including Head of Manufacturing for the Desktop Switching Business Unit, New Product Introduction Manager, Manufacturing Production Manager, and Production Planning Program Manager. In 2005, they joined Google as the Head of Datacenter Supply Chain Team. David also worked as a Manufacturing Adviser at Heath Ceramics and as Head of Specialist Manufacturing at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise. From 2011 to 2014, they were a part of the New Zealand Startup and Angel Investment group Flying Kiwi Angels. In 2017, they joined Wrightspeed as the Vice President of Manufacturing and in 2019 they started working as a Manufacturing Consultant at Saildrone Inc. In 2021, they were promoted to Vice President of Production at Saildrone Inc.

Dane Maslen has a long work history in the technology industry. Dane started their career in 2002 as an Engineer/Technical Consultant for Computerland. In 2004, they joined Maclean Computing as an Engineer/Solutions Designer. In 2007, they moved to Telecom New Zealand as a Solutions/Systems Architect. In 2014, they joined Spark New Zealand as an E2E Architect. In 2016, they joined Southern Cross Health Society as an IT Security Architect. In 2020, they joined 2degrees as an Enterprise Security Architect and Information Security Architect. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Kami as the Chief Information Security Officer. Throughout their career, Maslen has been responsible for providing design work, implementation work, support, and documentation for customer sites and IT systems. Dane has also been involved in roll outs, upgrades, and network resolution.

Corey Fuimaono has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Radio Broadcaster for 95bFM Campus Radio in 2019. Corey also worked as a Video Content Producer for Kami in 2019, Animation Assistant for Piki Films in 2018, Radio Host for Salient Radio in 2018, Crossword Maker for Salient Magazine in 2018, and Casual Film Handler for Ngā Taonga Sound & Vision in 2018. Corey was the Founder of Simply Cheese in 2014, Technician for Southern Institute of Technology in 2017, Radio Broadcaster for Radio Southland 96.4FM in 2017, and Intern for Sunpix Ltd in 2017. During their Internship at Sunpix Ltd, Corey was responsible for logging footage, taking part in shoots, and editing TP+ pieces, as well as engaging with developing Digital Content Strategy/Platform.

Chinmayee P. has had a varied work experience. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Hannahs Shoes. In 2017, they took on a 20 hour internship at ABB as a Graphic Design Intern. During this time, they created product posters, email newsletters and ad+website graphics for ABB events. In 2017, they also took on a part-time internship at Kami for 3 months while studying, where they were responsible for creating graphics for holidays and observances to share on social media. In 2018, Chinmayee P. was promoted to Creative Director and Creative Designer at Kami.

Charanpreet Kaur has four years of work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Marketing Graduate for Kami and as a Podcast Planner for iHeartRadio at New Zealand Media & Entertainment. Bruce Hoult has a long and varied work experience. Bruce started their career in 1998 as a Core Team Member for the Gwydion Project. In 2000, they took on the role of Team Leader for the ICFP Programming Contest, where they led a team to a 2nd place prize in 2001 and a Judges' Prize in 2003. In 2004, they became a Senior Programmer for Metservice, where they worked on a project developing a new version of the WeatherScapeXT TV weather graphics system. In 2006, they held two positions: Senior Software Engineer for Innaworks Development Limited and Senior Programmer for Innaworks, where they worked on the AlcheMo J2ME to BREW automatic porting solution. In 2009, they became a Senior Software Engineer for Mozilla Corporation. In 2014, they took on the role of Software Contractor for Samsung R&D Institute Russia. Finally, in 2015, they became a Superior Software Engineer for Samsung R&D Institute Russia, where they worked on programming language and runtime system development and optimization. In 2018, they joined SiFive as a Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer Contract, where they worked on toolchain and runtime libraries, performance and size optimization, and was a member of the RISC-V Foundation Bit Manipulation and Vector extension Working Groups. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Senior Engineer for Kami.

Ashley Nash has a long and varied work experience. Ashley began their career in 2007 with McNeese State University, where they served as Vice President of Student Union Board and Marketing Coordinator. In this role, they designed flyers, t-shirts, and digital media, as well as worked with vendors and wholesalers for the ordering of promotional items. Ashley also designed the website and created emails and text blasts. In 2009, they began working with Boyd Gaming as a Junior Graphic Designer Intern, where they supported the lead graphic designer in supplying all the design needs for the company and making prints using various design jet printing systems on site. Ashley then moved on to Pro Image Silkscreening LLC, where they served as Co-Manager and Graphic Designer. In this role, they were responsible for the designing and production of t-shirts and other apparel, as well as the ordering of promotional items for use by various types of businesses and organizations. Ashley also utilized customer service and social skills when working with clients and vendors. In 2011, they began working with the University of Louisiana at Lafayette as an Assistant/Graphic Designer, where they assisted the project coordinator with educational print designs and supplied all of the clerical needs for the Teacher Preparation program. In 2020, they moved on to Alice Boucher Elementary, where they served as an Art Teacher. Finally, in 2022, they began working with Kami, where they currently serve as a Graphic Designer. In this role, they support the community marketing and sales teams to empower, delight, and educate customers through effective design. Ashley develops ideas and design solutions from concept to completion across many mediums such as digital media, newsletters, one-pagers, merchandise, emails, cards, and much more.

From 2019 to 2021, they held various roles at Fusion Print, Sport Waikato, Fairview Motors, and International Foods Ltd. In 2020, they also worked as a Graphic Designer at Aber Living. Andy Hogan has a long and varied work experience. Andy began their career in 2010 as a Youth Drop-in Centre worker for Mosman Council. In the same year, they also worked as a Program Leader for Volunteer Eco Students Abroad. In 2011, they worked as a Substitute Teacher for the NSW Department of Education and Communities. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Primary School Teacher (4th Grade Educator) at Cammeray Public School. In 2015, they were a Consultant - IT Banking and Finance for Robert Walters. In 2016, they worked as a Sales Representative for Oxford University Press. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at GetMappen, first as a Senior State Account Executive and then as an Account Executive. Finally, in 2020, they began working as a Senior Account Executive for Kami.

Alyssa Krista Ang has worked in a variety of roles in the past seven years. In 2019, they worked as an Events Marketing Specialist, Impact Operations Manager, Events Manager, Events and Sponsorship Coordinator, and Office Administrator at Kami. Prior to that, in 2014 they were an Investments Specialist and Investments Analyst at the Philippine Board of Investments (BOI). In 2013, they were an Intern at the same company. In their role as Events Manager, they planned and organized small and large events, managed the team involved, and produced detailed proposals for events. As Office Administrator, they coordinated office activities and operations, organized logistics and travel arrangements for the team, and managed stocks of office supplies, equipment, and furniture. As Investments Specialist, they provided support in road mapping activities with top industry players and other government agencies to craft the path for the development of priority industries.

Aishwarya Raman has a diverse work experience in video production and design. Aishwarya began their career in 2016 as an Intern at KOR Creative. Aishwarya then worked as a Freelance Motion Graphic Designer for the Adolescent Health Research Group in the same year. In 2017, they were a Freelance Videographer for Burrow UK and in 2018, they were a Freelance Videographer for Malkia Beauty. In 2019, they began working for Corner Store as a Freelance Camera Operator and Video Editor. Aishwarya is currently employed at Kami where they serve as the Video Content Manager, Motion Graphic Designer, and Creative Designer. As the sole Motion Graphic Designer, they have ownership of all things animation and has lead the progress in this department ever since. Aishwarya works closely with Marketing to produce all of Kami's animated content and acts as creative lead on all animated projects.

Caroline Hill has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Caroline began their career as a Receptionist at OPSM in 2015, followed by a role as a Retail Sales Assistant at Base Streetwear in 2017. That same year, they also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Trade Me. In 2018, they were employed as an Administration at Local Government New Zealand (LGNZ). In 2019, they took on the role of Administrative Assistant at Concentra Analytics. Most recently, they have been working as an Event Marketing Specialist and Culture and Operations Manager at Kami since 2021.

Chuan-Zheng Lee has a varied work experience, beginning in 2008 as an Assistant Product Development Engineer at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare. In 2009, they transitioned to Aviat Networks as a Student Signal Processing Engineer, and in 2011 they were promoted to Signal Processing Engineer. Hengjie Wang is the Co-Founder & CEO at [Kami](/org/kami).

Previously, Hengjie worked as a software engineering intern at Quid from December 2011 to March 2012. Quid is software that reads millions of documents and offers immediate insight by organizing that content visually. We power human intuition with machine intelligence, enabling organizations to make decisions that matter.

Hengjie also has experience in academic and professional development, having served as Chairman of The University of Auckland IEEE Student Branch from January 2011 to December 2012. During their tenure, the student branch became the #1 Student Branch in IEEE Asia Pacific by winning the Region 10 Outstanding Student Branch Award, two years in a row for 2011 and 2012. At the time, they were up against 1000+ other student branches in the APAC region. Their team also came 7th in the world in the IEEE Xtreme Programming Competition, and came 1st in ANZ region.
