Charlene Amos

Charlene Amos, SPHR has a solid work experience in the field of human resources. Charlene started their career in 1995 at Goodyear, where they served as an HR Specialist, providing day-to-day HR services to a large workforce. Their responsibilities included creating and maintaining employment policies, managing employee relations, conducting training, and investigating incidents. In 2001, they joined KaMin, LLC as an HR Director, where they continue to contribute their expertise. With their extensive experience and HR knowledge, Charlene is a highly qualified professional in the field.

Charlene Amos, SPHR, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Cameron University between 1993 and 1997. In 2006, they completed their Master's degree in Management with an HR Concentration from Troy University.
