Eileen Gerhardt

Eileen Gerhardt is an accomplished Export Business Specialist with a strong background in demand planning, customer solutions, and educational roles. Currently leading a team at KaMin since October 2022, Eileen focuses on the Order to Cash process and continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Previously, Eileen held various positions at BASF from February 2019 to September 2022, including managing statistical forecast models and optimizing customer experiences within the Petrochemicals sector. Eileen's earlier career includes teaching at Leon H Sablatura Middle School and developing pharmacy technician curricula at Southern Westchester BOCES. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Leadership from Penn State World Campus, a Master's degree in Childhood Education from the University at Albany, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from SUNY Oneonta.
