Wesley Seay

Wesley Seay is currently the Director of Technology & Innovation at KaMin since October 2022. Prior to this role, Wesley held various positions at BASF from June 2006 to October 2022, including Technology Manager, Strategy Execution Manager, Productivity Manager, and Minerals Manager. Before joining BASF, Wesley worked at Engelhard Corporation from October 2003 to June 2006 as a Production Engineer and Process Engineer. Wesley earned a Master of Science in Materials Science & Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2001 and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering in 1998.
