Doug Carter

Doug Carter has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership and development roles in the materials industry. Doug worked at KaMin LLC since 2008 as Vice President, responsible for marketing strategy and business development. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Technology and Business Development for the same company. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as the Business Director for Paper at Huber Engineered Materials. From 1998 to 2001, they were a Business Leader at J.M. Huber Corporation. Doug began their career in 1987 as a Research Scientist at Westvaco.

Doug Carter earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from Berry College, where they studied from 1979 to 1983. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Bio-Physical Chemistry at Clemson University from 1983 to 1987.
