Gabriel Benevides has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Gabriel started their career at ADM Soluções as the President and Consultant of a consulting firm, where they led a team and supported the growth of small and medium businesses. Gabriel then moved on to FEJECE, where they served as the President and led a team responsible for developing the Junior Enterprise Movement in the State of Ceará.
After that, Gabriel became the People and Management VP at Brasil Júnior - Confederação Brasileira de Empresas Juniores, where they led the Brazilian Confederation of Junior Enterprises and supported the development of the Junior Enterprise Movement in Brazil.
Gabriel then transitioned to a role at Endeavor Brasil, starting as a Business Growth Analyst, supporting high-growth companies and addressing strategic business challenges. Gabriel later became a Senior Business Growth Analyst, focusing on Corporate Innovation programs in partnership with big local and multinational organizations. Finally, they served as a Business Growth Coordinator, managing a portfolio of acceleration programs for high growth companies.
Next, Gabriel joined Quanto as the Head of Customer Operations, where they built and led the operations area, ensuring a successful customer journey on the platform. Gabriel also took on the role of Head of Customer Operations and BizDev, responsible for business development and building new products through partnerships with data companies.
In their most recent role at Facily, Gabriel held multiple positions. Initially, they served as the Head of Customer Operations, responsible for the entire customer journey on the platform. Later, they became the Head of Product and Fintech, leading the product and business teams. During their time at Facily, Gabriel successfully launched two products: a credit platform for low-income consumers and a platform for the anticipation of receivables for platform sellers.
Currently, Gabriel is the Head of New Business at Kamino, where they are responsible for driving new business growth.
Gabriel Benevides completed an Executive Program in Private Equity & Venture Capital from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa in 2019. In 2020, they pursued a Digital Product Leadership course at Tera. In 2022, Gabriel attended Cursos PM3 to study Product Growth. Prior to these programs, from 2013 to 2017, Gabriel obtained a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Estadual do Ceará, specializing in Administration.
