Kamloops Food Policy Council
Lindsay Harris is a Principal at Tapestry Collective Co-op, where Lindsay helps change makers understand their impact and find solutions to pressing societal issues. In addition, Lindsay serves as a Food Policy Implementation Lead at Kamloops Food Policy Council, a Postdoctoral Researcher at Selkirk College, and an Adjunct Professor at UBC Okanagan. With a background in academic planning and projects, Lindsay holds a PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of British Columbia.

The Kamloops Food Policy Council is the longest-standing independent food policy council in Canada: pollinating projects, developing partnerships, and contributing to public policy since 1995. As a non-profit organization, we are on a mission to build a grassroots community capacity around food through policy, programs, education, andpartnerships.
