Isabel Gallego

Isabel Gallego is an experienced professional with a strong background in tourism and reservations management. Currently serving as Responsable de Zona at Kampaoh since May 2021, Isabel manages communication channels for the central reservation system and oversees booking operations. Previously, from January 2018 to September 2019, Isabel worked as Contable de empresa for Johnson Controls, where responsibilities included daily payment allocation for the Spanish and Portuguese markets and resolving payment discrepancies. Isabel also gained practical experience in hotel reception and reservations during an internship at exe Hotels in 2016. Academic qualifications include a Máster in Planning and Management of Sustainable Tourism from Universidad de Jaén, a dual degree in Marketing and Market Research & Tourism from Universidad de Cádiz, and participation in an Erasmus program focused on Service Marketing in Tourism and Travel at Groupe ESC Troyes.
