Heather McDaniel

Heather McDaniel, P.E., is the Principal Owner and Kamp Director at Kampfire Partners, where they blend engineering expertise with community-focused design. With nearly two decades of experience in civil engineering, Heather specializes in site civil design and land development, leading projects that range from ski resorts to tribal nations. They previously held leadership roles at Horrocks Engineers, managing land development across multiple states, and contributed to client communication and project management at Souder, Miller & Associates. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
