Toby O'Rourke's work experience begins in 2000 as a Programmer Analyst for Montana State Fund. Toby then worked as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in technology integration and working with clients in various industries. In 2004, they joined STA Group as a Senior Business Architect, assisting clients in developing and utilizing business architecture. O'Rourke joined Sara Lee Corporation in 2007 as an Assistant Brand Manager, supporting marketing activities for Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage and Entertaining categories. In 2008, they joined WhiteWave Foods as an Associate Brand Manager and later became the Digital Marketing Manager, overseeing digital strategies for the company's brands. O'Rourke joined Kampgrounds of America, Inc. in 2011, starting as the Director of Digital Marketing and later progressing to Vice President, Senior Vice President, and President. In their current role as President and CEO, they lead the world's largest network of campgrounds and is responsible for franchise operations, brand marketing, and overall company strategy.
Toby O'Rourke pursued their education at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained an MBA degree. Toby'sfield of study during their time at Kellogg focused on Marketing, Strategy, Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
Prior to that, Toby O'Rourke attended the University of Notre Dame from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a BA degree. Toby'sfield of study at Notre Dame was a combination of Computer Applications and Government.
In addition to their formal education, Toby O'Rourke also completed the Birthing of Giants Fellowship Program, earning a certification in October 2019 from the Birthing of Giants Fellowship Program.
